We were very disappointed with the overall stay - under the bed clearly had not been cleaned for a very long time. The air con did not work in the room. The computers did not work in the communal area - the leaflets for the call girls that were put under our door every day did not make us feel safe. The staff must have been letting someone in to do this? We would never return and would never recommend to anyone. Stay away. Also very difficult to find and much further to the lake than stated.

Computers didn't work and also the rooms air con wasn't working at all. Was really uncomfortable to sleep in room and the instructions how to get to hostel were really hard to understand.

This hostel is north of the lake but quite handy for walking or biking around. Its in a quiet area with some nice cafe's around. They advertise 3 bed rooms but actually they are double bunkbeds? Carpet outside in the hallways was filthy and neighbours a bit noisy but staff were very helpful

The location was good as it wasn't too far from the West Lake and about a ten minute walk from the shops. The room we had was a double, although the bed was very small. We found it a bit odd that the bathroom door was pratically see-through. It was fairly good value for money, although we paid extra for a better double room and the only difference was that it had a tiny window. Only one staff member knew English, the others could not understand us. The walls are very thin - a lot of noise.

The place is mostly clean and comfortable but the staff don't speak english for most of then and don't provide any advise or map. It's somewhere where you can stay if you don't want to pay much.
