no hot water but the hospitality of the staff more than made up for it.

Clean rooms with tv, air con. Cold water only. Right on main street in Kuta so bring ear plugs because its noisy at night. Hard to find because its on top a set of shops. You have to walk through the shops to get to the hotel and its like walking into the bronx.. especially if your female!! But they are very friendly even if they tell you they love you everytime you walk in or out!! lol. Staff are very nice and the rates are very good. I recommend it. Have fun!

6/10 scored.Definately an excellent location as it is only a few distance walk to Kuta beach. Cost of stay a bit expensive as compared to other( head count based). Lots of Convenient shop are available nearby
