really nice B&B the host was terrific very helpful and friendly. we had to leave very early so missed out on Breakfast, but did see the excellent dining room set up. Sadly we will not stay in that location again purely due to the Market Brae steps to Ardconnel St. Not good for elderly or people with disabilities otherwise - a very nice stay.

Our double room was small and simple, but sufficient for the price we paid. Our window was breached and rudimentary repaired; some mold was showing from the ceiling of our bath room. The heating supported a range of possible temperatures, but the heating control was a bit dodgy. The staff was very friendly, but didn't seem to be too happy in their work evironment. Breakfast was a continental buffet offering a good choice of toast, muffins, coffee, tee, fruit, cheese, ham, cereals, fromage frais.

No mirror in room for doing makeup/ styling hair. Gave up trying to get television to work and was too tired to go and get help. Door into en-suite was VERY squeaky. We did report this in the morning. Breakfast was very good.
