it isa very good place to stay, it has a perfect ubication and its common room is awesome, wifi and a kitchen to prepare something to eat or drink

The room was filthy. No bins meant that there was bathroom (and room) waste piled up the bathroom floor next to the toilet. The staff were a but odd and it was as if they were trying to hide something. I was booked for 2 nights and found alternate accomodation, having paid already. I would not reccomend it particularly for females. I have stayed in a a lot of hostels and never found something so disgusting.

Highlander Hostel in Inverness is the worst I have ever stayed in in all aspects.

A strange place! It seems like this place is used as a homeless hostel as well as a backpackers one! We were in a room with other travellers though, so it was fine. Location is good and it's above a Lush soap shop so smells amazing!! I would maybe not use this place if i were alone (female) but in a group it's fine.

Staff was helpful and polite, great position, but all in all I wouldn't come back again. Not clean enough and too many beds in very small rooms.
