Friendly staff but facility needs improvement. Rooms are very small, AC is falling apart. Good for single person but not for couples.

two thumbs up!

I think in the "directions" section, you should say that the entrance is by the Tea place on the corner of Makati and Guerrero. It took a while to the taxi driver to find the place. Also, it would be good if you recommend to look for a metered taxi and completely avoid a taxi with fixed fared. It is a complete rip off!!

Really nice and helpful staff. We liked this part of Manila much better than the city center where we first arrived and didnt feel safe or comfortable.

Robert, the current manager of the hostel was incredibly helpful. He assisted with everything from arranging nights out to organising a taxi at 4am and whilst there, everyone spoke very highly of the service he provided. He went above and beyond what was expected and made my trip there special. The hostel itself was ok but its the friendliness of the staff that made the place good.

Very clean; friendly staff. Female dorm: bring earplugs as base across the street blares all night.

Okay for a few nights' stay. Average as far as hostels go. Top bunks have ineffective curtains, and the room I stayed in was across the street from a club so I heard loud music with bass throughout the night. Fortunately I'm a deep sleeper, and they give free earplugs. Location was okay. Across the street from a street market and next to a convenience store and good bubble tea shop.

The directions on here makes it seem like you can walk to this hostel from the airport. Don't try it. The walls are also super thin. Could hear the night guy talking to some girl on skype. Other then that decent place. Room was nice and dark. Aircon wasn't very cold though. Even with it on was sweating. Staff was pretty nice.
