There were spiders everywhere and it was really cold. But she was very sweet to us and helpful.
This was a truly enjoyable experience all around. Great bunkbarn with a functional kitchen outfitted with everything one needs when on a long walk carrying only food and no 'hardware.' The shelf full off food to buy (at fair prices) for preparation was a nice touch, and well thought out for those of us who may not have thought of everything. Everything was clean and welcoming, and the proproetor is a lovely soul. It could not have been any better. Great place for a restful, stress-free rest.
We enjoyed ouqr stay and Sandra's hospitallity. It felt a bit like home.
Great stay. Would stay again if on the way to Scotland. Was just perfect to split the trip in half. Nice and quite village away from city rush. The best way to get there is in a car I would say.
It smelled like a barn (but it is a barn). Really fun atmosphere for us city people. Clean. No bugs. Nice hostess. We would stay there again
