For a campsite, this place is awesome. Has lights strung up around the communal area with great music = Great atmosphere. Has all day bar and low-key restaurant that runs every night and the food was incredibly good and cheap. Unfortunately does not have a kitchen but why cook when foods so cheap. A free breakfast is offered however we always left too early to know what it was like but heard good reviews. We were provided with a tent but put probably good to check they have one before arriving.

Himarë itself was such an unexpected great place to stay with east access to neighbouring beaches and 20m away from a very beautiful beach itself. Himarë Kamping was such a great place to stay as well. The staff are really good fun and very helpful when you need advice. Open air showers and toilets were cool. Very relaxed, very cruisy vibe. Jazz band came on the Saturday night. Very high praise all round

Denis is the perfect host, and his campsite is in the perfect place. Beach over the road, , set back from the Main Street, shaded by orange, lemon and olive trees. He does a good local breakfast, the social area is full of chatter and fun in the evening, he even offered to download a movie and watch it projected! Perfect mix of relaxed and sociable venue. Facilities cleaned very regularly, and the solar powered hot showers are a great bonus! His English is also very good!
