First of all, It was WORST service. If owner of this hotel can see this posting, I suggest you to FIRE your employee. During last few month, I've stayed at so many hotels in different countries. However, I've never seen so RUDE and UNFRIENDLY hotel like this. Also, I don't which kind of rooms it has but my cheap single room was quite bad even though it's cheap price. Room is look like JAIL. I'm indeed regret to choice this hotel. No TV, No Internet, No Service.

Really close to subway. Doesn't look great but everything was clean and private.

Definitatley just to sleep in. For the price, I am sure you can find something quite similar that includes breakfast. The hotel is very humid, so your sheets feel cold at night (If you look closely you'll realise the top sheet of the bed and the curtain are the same material.) . No place to leave lugagge for that last day touristing, so you'll be wondering in Paris with luggage for a while. The best thing about it is the location.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. And the curtain's frame was not broken on 3rd day, I told the clerk in the morning. But when I came back in the evening, it don't work either. The clerk said he could not do anything. Neither, he refused to change a room for me.

The located is excellent, very near Colonel Fabien metro station (line 2) and not too far from the city centre. It was peaceful at night, the staff were extremely helpful and I would definitely choose to stay there again. Breakfast is not provided but there are cafes and a LIDL supermarket close by.

The hotel has a lot of potential if a bit of renovation and updating took place. Renovation of showers is a must. The entire place needs a very good cleaning. Rooms could be a bit nicer.. there was a bit of an odour around the bed area. The weird wall treatment around the bed should be removed. The floor in the room was very dirty and needed a good moping. I liked the neighbourhood, and felt safe at the hotel. For the amount of money paid, I would still not choose to stay there again.
