This place was ok. The staff were a little bit weird. They kept walking past when we ate looking at us etc. The room was ok. Handy little kitchen too.

The hostel/hotel was excellent. The only problem we faced was that we reached a little late and there was a notice on the door to call particular number. But our cell phones had no network to call that number. Luckily when we knocked, a person answered after a few minutes. Other than that all the facilities and the breakfast were excellent

Nice hostel with a great breakfast buffet and to do laundry is a good price as well :-)

Beautiful place..nic rooms, but less for tall people..Im 1.90m and it was unpleasent sometime. A bit to far from downtown, but not so bad

Cozy. Need some time to locate the way to the hostel but after u locate the route, it just takes 15 minutes. The breakfast is good and staff is nice.

Good cozy looking place outside and in, friendly/helpful reception (owner) helped us book different things. Nice golden retriever at reception (if you like dogs). Free wifi, free breakfast was very good/varied. View of Jungfraujoch (not rooms, but breakfast area). 10 minute walk to either train station, 5 minute to supermarket. Decent value (for switzerland) for what you get!

Our room was next to te kitchen and the soundproofing is v bad. In the morning we could hear alarm clock next door go off. A housefly flew and rested on my face at night. Very dirty room and my roommate woke up covered with rashes

We had a curling camp in Interlaken and tournament in Thun and this hotel was a perfect solution for us - the rink is just 5 minutes walk. Friendly staff able to meet us arriving at 5 in the morning, good breakfast, clean rooms. Coming again.

We stay in double shared bathroom. It is a good experience to stay in a traditional Switzerland house. The breakfast is lovely. The room was warm in a cold day. Overall, good to stay in. The only cons is the lighting system in the kitchen and the corridor - auto turn off although we are still around with movement.

The staff were very helpful, attend to my needs, the hotel is spotless every where, the breakfast was delicious.

A really nice place to stay. Typical swiss house. Lovely staff and really really good breakfast. I would comeback if I go to Interlaken again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. Although I think we must have had a bad pick of the rooms as the other rooms we briefly saw were much nicer. Our room was pretty noisy next to the staff area and the staff smoking area was directly below our window. The main issue we found was the toilet near our room was never cleaned during our 4 night stay and stunk of urine. We cleaned it with some cleaner from the kitchen but we think it was the floor.
