Charming hostel located right in the historic centre of Paraty. Our room was quite big and clean and the beds were comfortable. No air conditioning, but a fan instead. Good breakfast buffet and, all in all, very good and clean hostel at a great price. Nice courtyard with pool table. Free Wi-Fi. They do not accept credit cards.

rooms are over priced for what you get - showers were dirty and ceiling fan hardly made a breeze (this was difficult with the heat) and the breakfast wasn´t as described. the staff were friendly and the location was good and close to everything

Enjoyed our stay here but it is quite quiet so maybe not good for sole travellers. Cheap caipirinhas and decent breakfast! good enough wifi and a dog.

Very well located at the historic center, with a good atmosphere. The staff is helpful and the breakfast is good. The only negative point is the bathroom: just one on the first floor (and the room is on the second floor).

It was a nice hostel with really nice staff, no negatives! Would definately recommend.

very nice hostel. very relaxed atmosphere and a f#cking great breakfast! Clausio is very helpfull and laidback.

Staff complained when saw me recommend a boat service other than the one offered by the hostel. Also problem with clogged up sink in the bathroom.

The staff was very unfriendly. They had bedbugs and someone went through my bags while I was not in the room. There needs to be another bathroom, or separate toilets and showers, because one is not enough for the hostel. They also charged the people staying there different amounts.
