Fantastic hostel. Has a very authentic and traditional feel to it. Beautifully laid out, great atmosphere. Plenty of spaces to cook, eat, socialise. Beautiful view across the river from the mixed dorm. Great staff. And fantastic onsens. I couldn't say enough great things about this place. Best value for money (especially in Japan!)

How to feel Japanese tradition and culture better than having a night or two in this authentic place? Having a walk on the coast is wonderful.

K's House in Ito is a great place for a relaxing weekend. Great common rooms with kotatsus, movies and books, nice onsen, big kitchen, and you can rent towels and yukatas from the front desk. Many of the rooms also have a nice balcony with a spectacular view of the river. My friends and I come here often and always have a great time.
