Rooms are clean. Good breakfast, with various options of Vietnamese foods. Only bad thing is that the pool area is covered.

Enjoyed our stay here. Clean and neat. Family vibes. Owner very friendly! His homemade wine is a bit scary! Extremely strong. Over 65% alcohol. De Lat isn't that amazing so we only stayed one night.

Lovely staff, cheap rooms but good quality. Lovely buffet breakfast. About 10 mins walk from town. The pool is a bit chilly but this can be perfect when it's scorching outside!

The Staff is incredible friendly and helpful! Also the location (5min away from the oldtown!) it's really handy not to mention their delicious breakfast-buffet! They even have a own eggstation for yummie egg-dishes and fresh pancakes! All this comes with a very good roomprice from 18 USD (Standard-Room). Ok the rooms are not the newest and some bathr. are a bit old but for us it was still a very good value! Every day you have free bananas in your room! The only downside was you only can pay cash.

We stayed at sunflower hotel and Hoa Binh during our time in hoi an and this was by far our favourite. Really central, it was perfect for seeing everything and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

The pool is not very big, but that is not a problem as the hotel has a very helpfull and efficient staff, they cared how we were enjoying our stay in Hoi An and made sure everything was ok in the hotel. The plus was the breakfast: a great buffet !

Mattress was as hard as a rock. Felt almost like a gym safety mat. Did not sleep well. Still waiting for the refund of one night's accommodation that was cancelled at the hotel.

Though the room was quite small, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean :-) we loved the swimming pool and the breakfast!

Good stay, Pool makes entire hostel moist. Good: Great Breakfast. Spacious Rooms. Good Location. Helpful Staff. Bad: Bathtub not well insulated against wall, water flows behind it, resulting in considerable amount of mold. Indoor pool (make the entire hotel smell moist and mildew. I had no desire to use pool as there is a gorgeous beach nearby, but the pool made the are generally unpleasant). Get rid of pool, and fix bathroom areas and it would be perfect. Currently above avg.

The place is good but i had a cigarretes box stolen with some personal goods inside of it! May even been by mistake but even then staff should double check when throwing things out! Apart from that place is very good with good facilities!

Nice hotel. Good location. I complained about the noise and they let me move rooms, no questions asked, nice touch. Great breakfast too. Not social though If you are travelling alone.

Very clean place, felt more like a small hotel but paid the same as a cheap hostel. Good value and close to everything.

I loved my stay at this hotel and stayed an extra night. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location, walking distance from all the beauty and charm of Hoi An. They did my laundry, did not ruin anything and it all smelled fresh (can be a rarity in Vietnam). Rooms are spacious enough, bright and cleaned daily. Real showers with good pressure. Daily breakfast buffet was tasty and varied each time, relaxed by the pool. Just an excellent value all around, would stay here again and recommend it!
