The top bunk had no barriers so our friend fell out of his bed in his sleep. But he was really drunk so he's also to blame I guess. Overall nothing special, but was a decent place for us to stay.

Very nice hotel/hostel, breakfast was awesome and it's in a really good spot, super close the the Ancient Town and the river, the only thing is the staff were not friendly at all and every time I asked them something I felt like it was the biggest inconvenience for them! But otherwise I would recommend this place!

They serve a very nice breakfast (inkl.!) and clean the dorms daily

Although this was clean, suitable and the breakfast was nice we were very disappointed to find there was only an indoor swimming pool even though it states on hostelworld it is outdoor! Also it states the hotel is a short walk from the beach when in fact it's about 3 km away! The food ordered from the menu was also very very greasy, wouldn't recommend. Location was quite good though, near the town centre, good nightlife nearby. Not bad for a 1 night stay but there is mice in the reception.

First of all, the staff has been the best so far! And we have been travelling around Vietnam nearly three weeks. It is a shame though, that whole hotel is full of mold from water damage. You can smell it in rooms and see stains in walls and seilings. If you have astma or are staying more than one night, couldn't recommend. And really, that is a big shame, considering that location is very convenient, staff speaks fluent english and there is pool and breakfast available.

Nice environment, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Pretty cramped 4 person dorm but had good size lockers and clean bathroom. Convenient location, walking distance to the markets and were able to rent bikes across the street for a good price.

Didn't book any tours through the tour desk as she basically said you can do it yourself at the office in old town. Very strange. Apart from this the place is really nice, the 6 bed dorm was a little cramped, agree with some comments the room smells musty because the bathroom isn't ventilated properly, also the roof was actually leaking and the water pressure is very low in the bath. If those changes are made this would definitely be fully booked before you even had a chance to walk in.

Shower was more like a trickle and the first two nights we didnt get any sleep due to noisy party neighbours next door, on the plus side good location, great choice of free breakfast and most staff were quite helpful and friendly

The location is great, especially because we arrived on an overnight Sinh Tourist bus. They're basically right next to each other. It's also an easy walk from all the places you'd want to go in the center of the city, and there are places to rent bicycles and motorbikes, so the beach is also accessible. We stayed in a private room, which was nice, but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't really powerful enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great breakfast and location

Really enjoyed my time here. Wifi was very good, beds slightly hard but for me it was comfy. Pool is very nice and refreshing as it gets very hot in Hoi An, also the rooms are very cool as well. Staff were very friendly and location is excellent!

Relaxed place close to the ancient town. Great breakfast, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a party hostel, so it is a great choice for those who want to get sleep at night. Still possible to meet other travelers for activities.

Staff were very unhelpful and rude

The sheets were kind of dirty. Had some yellow stains on it. The washroom was very damp smelling. The shower had no water pressure and the shower hose was very short and barely any hot water. Overall the staff were pretty friendly and nice but the dorm needs improvement.

Not the most sociable of places however it was luxurious compared to most hostels with the swimming pool and buffet breakfast and was very good value for money. would recommend although if you're looking to make a load of travel buddies then stay elsewhere!

Good hostel right next to the old town of Hoi An (maybe a 10min walk max). The room got cleaned every day and was pretty spotless, plus was a good size. Good value for money and a good selection at the breakfast buffet. I'd stay again. The staff didn't speak much English but were friendly enough.

decent hostel/hotel, there is a small, indoor pool but it isn't really a place to lounge or spend any time.. maybe just a quick dip. hoi an is fairly small and the hotel is located in a nice area, only 5 minutes walk to the old town. the 6 bed dorm was clean and comfortable enough, but nothing special. the breakfast buffet is very good! would recommend.

Stayed in a double room, was cleaned every day. Recommended a good place to get tailored suits and they were right. Only a couple minutes walk to the river. Have a covered cool pool with lounging tables on the side, awesome breakfast buffet. We had a tv in our room. They also do bus station pick up which was nice even though it was decently close. Would recommend for people looking for a chill atmosphere, not a party place but you make your own fun right?

the rooms were clean and had lockers for your valuables and in a great location

Great breakfast, rooms fairly small but fine for a few nights. Staff were helpful, and fairly central location.
