We had to wait for 4 hours for the room even tough we had mentioned our arrival time before hand and also while booking. They charge more for taxi services in and around the city. You can get it for cheaper rates outside. Very far away from the beach.

A nice hotel, very cheap with a good location opposite a great place to grab a bite called cafe 41.

Look no further! Stay here!!

Location seemed a bit far from the old part of Hoi An, but that didn't matter much since it's such a nice town to walk through. Our room was upstairs in what seemed like an attic, but it still wasn't bad for the price.

Best Location opposite Café 43! Room was clean and spacious with an awesome balcony, basic breakfast a la carte and good wifi in the lobby, reception in the room wasn't the best, but that may differ from room to room. All in all a good but not outstanding place.

Lovely place. Staff were friendly and helpful, they gve is a map and suggested some places to go. Close to the central area for clothes and shopping, only a 10 minute walk to the river through the beautiful old streets. Only about 1-3 minutes by taxi from the bus station so don't get ripped off by the taxi driver like we did! Would stay again, plus Cafe 43 over the road was great - good food and we even did a cooking course with them :D lovely!

Good location, 10mins walk to main houses and Japanese Bridge, and very near lots of good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff who can help book tours and onwards travel. Excellent wifi in all rooms. The "shared bathroom" rooms are only shared between 2 rooms so were never busy. Nice breakfast - you can choose one drink and one option from the food menu - omelettes, pancakes, fruit salad etc. They also rent bikes for US$1 a day, and offer good value trips.

Very nice hostel, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was large and clean. Bit of a walk to main area but wasn't enough to put us off the place. Good breakfast.

Room was huge. Breakfast was included. Cafe 43 across the road was the bomb!!! Staff always willing to help.

The location is good, as the old town is within walking distance and you have a number of cheap restaurants located nearby. The staff is nice and always smiling. They do try to push you to book tours or get some tailoring done when you check-in, but after that there is no hassle over this. The room was spacious, with a queen size bed. The bathroom is nice and clean, with a bathtub/shower, the first I've encountered in Vietnam so far. The Hoa My II hotel is a solid budget option in Hoi An!

We had à great stay. Especially the helpfulness and friendlyness of the receptionist feld really genuine. We world defenitely reccomend the hotel.

Excellent value for money. Complete breakfast and included. It has a swimming pool inside the Hotel. The room very confortable and with a beautiful balcony. The only problem was with the shower (not hot water). We wish they can solve it.

Beautiful friendly staff :) we didn't want to leave! The only issue was we had no hot water so had to have cold showers, but it didn't matter because of the great atmosphere- would definitely recommend this hotel!!

From the moment we walked through the entrance, we were in love with Hoa My. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They truly made us feel like they wanted us there and were never pushy with any tours. The location is far enough away from the main attractions that it was quieter and calmer. Great restaurants a few meters a way. The room we had was brilliant with a large balcony to relax. We loved it!

Very nice hotel with comfortable clean rooms and a good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They telephoned to many guides, to the train station, hotels and bus companies until we had a tour which suited perfect to us. Thank you again. And thank you for the nice "Happy New Year" present :) Absolute recommendable.

We really liked this hostel, te staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - especially the security guard :) The only issue was a lack of hot water in our room which wasn't fixed. We mentioned it and they had a look but it didn't actually start working.

Very good value hotel and friendly staff. The restaurant right opposite the hotel deserves a star, exellent vietnamese food and nice family. Eric

This hotel had great facilities, was very clean and overall had really good value. The location is optimal as we were 7 minutes from the riverfront, but out of the flood zone. As we went in the rainy season, many of the other hotels flooded further down the street. The tailor they recommended was also great. Don't go the the restaurant next door, even if the lady seems really energetic, no questions.

Great location, across the road from some pretty good restaurants. Our room was clean however, we spotted a mouse in the kitchen area. The pool is inside under the stairs, not all that welcoming. Staff were helpful and friendly but wouldn't really let us leave until they knew what we were up to in the day. Bike hire is great, we paid 20,000VND/day. They have a security guard overnight.
