Staff were really helpful when I left some belongings by sending them to me in Nha Trang.Rooms spacious with character and hot shower in a basin (i.e. didnt flood) but the bed and pillows were rock solid,I had to call to remind them about pick up at bus station as ten mins late and there was a charge for bikes even though hostelworld says they are free (they honoured it).Good area for experiencing local life but easy walk to tourist areas. 4 good,well-prices resturants outside and 30c local beer

This place is a hotel and may be not the place to meet people, but with it's great location it's a good place to relax. To be honest I haven't seen much of the Hotel, because i was sick during my whole stay, but the staff was super friendly. The brought me breakfast to bed, cleaned my room everyday and when I had to go to hospital, they even payed a visit and brought the breakfast i already payed through my booking, to the hospital bed. Thank you so much for your support!

Very nice hotel, place is at a small street, but in good location. Came here by foot from the bus station. Nice breakfest, staff with good english, although you/the staff sometime have to repeat... Moved us a room after accidently ordered a shared bathroom..

Nice place and helpful staff. The swiming pool was only available to use until very early in the afternoon so after coming back from tours you are not able to use it. I hired them to pick me up from the airport and the driver took me to another hostel that belongs to the same owner (a cheaper one) and with the taxi back to the airport I hired a PRIVED ONE paying full rate and when the taxi came to pick me up there were 2 other people and there was not enough space for the lugague.

Was a bit fazed that they were using the highest rate of exchange for the dong as it was the end of a 5 week stay for me and everywhere else except the airport uses the standard $1 == 20,000 rate. The difference is small but as a first impression it creates a rather grasping atmosphere. It would be better if they were to say this in their literature or else use the standard rate.

I found this hotel to be really relaxing and the staff helpful. I was surprised that breakfast cost extra due to the price of the rooms but overall I really enjoyed my stay here. They were also very helpful in organising a motorbike taxi for me to Danang airport (150,000vd). I appreciated them not tidying my room unless asked! I would stay here again for sure.

Great sized room, with a balcony. We used the pool every day, and decent breakfast each morning. Very helpful with mapping out local sites and there was bike rental if you wanted. Wifi worked well and convenient to get around, more of a hotel atmosphere, so wasn't much of meeting other travelers. However, it is across the street from an amazing little place, CAFE 43 (we ate there 3x during our stay!).

Really good and cheap hotel with free breakfast and good services. For example one dollar bike rental, and they shoved me a good tailor, so I have nothing to complain about really. The city and beach are awesome!

Very nice hostel with spacious rooms with new and comfortable interior, large beds and bathrooms. The staff is helpful and reliable. The atmosphere at this place is just like in a nice hostel although it's called Hotel. Best of all is the indoor swimming pool! Nice place to spend time if it rains outside! Only 5 minutes to walk to the city center of Hoi An. Special tip: the best restaurant in town is just across the street. "Café 43" is an insider tipp! Great food for less money!

Our stay was nice, but they did not clean our room and the floor was dirty and we did not have clean towels. The staff was charming.

Unusually friendly and helpful staff, tasteful interior of the rooms, odd pool. When I booked my bus ticket too Mui Ne, the information I got about the bus was incorrect. But it seemed that was the case for everyone in the bus.

Staff were fun, pleasant, friendly and polite! They are located a bit of a walk away from the city but the hotel have bicycles for hire at a cheap rate! The place was clean and comfortable. Staying on the ground floor was noisy in the morning at times but overall a pleasant and great place to stay!

Cheap, quaint, and well-located. Right out of the most touristy part of the city, but only a 10 min walk from the main sights and shops in town. The women working reception everyday were so immensely friendly and helpful that an "Excellent" rating doesn't even do them justice. The included breakfast is pretty good and the bike rentals make it really convienent to pedal up to An Bang beach only about 15 min north.

Really good breakfast, really nice staff, and clean hostel. The only bad point are the doors wich are not really thick. Anyway we have a really nice room with balcony and the restaurant 41 CAFE in the front is the best of Vietnam.
