This place had every thing you need. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean. receptionist very helpful.

The staff were quite helpful, but a bit too pushy trying to sell the bus tickets (which were 25% more expensive than at the travel agency 50 meter away). The rooms are also overpriced, for the same price you can find much better options in town. Other than that, good and clean place.

Our AC broke, bathroom light dead, had no towels but breakfast was decent and the staff ok.

located in a quiet lane at the outskirt of the old town. we booked a double bed private without bathroom, and the girl at the front desk upgraded us to a double bed private ensuite upon checkin which turned out to be just great. but be careful with the wrong information that the staff might give you.while we were booking the overnight bus to mui ne, the staff told us the bus has bathroom inside which actually it doesnt. there are a few extremely good bar and restaurant just across the street.try

Well situated in Hoi An. Good staff, which take of the guest. Need to improve the rapidity to prepare breakfast in a place where guests go aften in visit early in the morning. Be careful, they don't have Room with 4 beds whereas it is proposed in the website

All in all a pretty great hostel. About a ten minute walk from the bars and 5-10mins from the main shopping area. It's quiet at night and staff are nice. Bike hire available.

This hotel was fully booked when we arrived, even though we made a confirmed booking and paid a deposit. Pretty disappointing. Good location though!

nice hotel, very good location, helpful staff

When I arrived my the batteries in the remote for the aircon were dying, and I had to convince them it was a problem. There was one woman working at reception that was very pushy about booking tours or travel out of the city, which was annoying. The room was nice overall, but the door has glass in it, and there are some small frosted windows with no curtains, so it's never totally dark. I expected more for $20 per night. They also don't have a hot tub (it's in the list of facilites).

Wifi doesn't reach the top floor (rooms with shared ensuite)

We stayed here 1 night in a top price superior double room because nothing else was available. This is fine, of course, except they started building work at 7:30 in the morning, and we'd been given the room directly above where they were working. First, they shouldn't have started until check-out time. Second, our room shouldn't even have been bookable. The air con didn't work so after no sleep we got thumping headaches. We weren't offered money off, I had to haggle to get it and it wasn't much.

Stayed in the older hotel, read the reviews beforehand and kept personal belongings on me. Didn't experience any issues, staff were helpful, free breakfast and wifi, booked onwards travel no problem
