Average hostel, excellent location. Clean bed linen. Kitchen was pretty messy, didn't cook there. Nowhere near enough plugs in the dorms (one socket for 8 beds). They charge for towels and lockers. Can be noisy at night when people stay up drinking in the common room. Lots of tourist info, DVD player, coffee machines (paid).

Nice hostel to have a relaxing time in. Don't go here expecting any kind of party any evening. It's a good place to get some sleep and organise your trips through tassy (using the free inet!).

A great place to rest your head at night, but also a nice place to meet new friends. If I find myself in Hobart again I will be staying here.

I had a good time at the hostel, nice quiet location, good for getting sleep for the early morning tours. Owners are really nice and helpful. Everyone seemed to clean up after themselves which was quite nice. They have portable heaters for when it's cold. A little bit further out of town but only a 10 minute walk to what you need. Would stay here again. Thanks

1.nice staff - had nice homemade donut from the owner at the arriving day. feel like home away from home. - got lots of tour information from them. - check out at 11:30am (supposed at 10am) but they did not surcharge me. 2. have free internet (if u didnt bring ur laptop is ok, they got four computers in the lounge) and free wi-fi. im so surprise about it cuz you have to pay for internet in Sydney even five-star hotel. 3. good shower and really really clean. what more are you looking for?

Nicest Hostel I have stayed in to date by far! A lovely couple who own the place, make sure you are at total comfort and will assist you with anything you need! Extremely clean and worth every penny and you do not have to worry about dodgy/unruly backpackers as the owners make sure nobody is hassled and has as prefect a stay as possible!
