This was an awesome place to stay! The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the atmosphere that they created and definitely would go again/ recommend it.

Second time that I stayed in the hostel and will go back again. I loved it because it's not big and one of those rare hostels that actually have a kind of home feeling. Rooms are not crowded and separate big lockers come with every bed. Beds are comfortable. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Really liked the common places. The lounge has a fantastic atmosphere to chill out. Definitely NOT just one place to stay bit it gives much more than that. Would recommend for anyone. 100%

The hostel and the staff is just amazing!I really recommended for all the travelers,well located,close to all the amenities,...this is the best hostel i have been in my life!don't hesitate and choose the Hobo bear hostel for your stay in Zagreb!

excelent location great staff and hostel

The only problem I found is that they don't accept credit cards paymets, wich is a little confusing after making the reservation throught HostelWorld.com. But everything else is OK. Maybe they should use a bigger lettering in the entrance.

If you have an open heart and are looking for a place in Zagreb that has character and charm you must stay at Hobo Bear! The staff are lovely and helpful beyond belief, they will tell you exactly what's going on in the city each night and if you are lucky The Welcome Commitee will join in the festivities ;) The beds are comfy, kitchen is always clean, showers are cleaned on a regular basis...an inviting and chill common area.. I predict you will fall in love and extend your stay..miss U guys xo

Fantastic hostel. Rooms and showers very clean, with a great kitchen if u feel the need too cook, plenty of cheap beer, what else could u want. Staff were brilliant, could not do enough for us and even showed us some local bars. THank you Hobo hostel, u will be missed.

It's a great little place. It would be great for both long or short visits to Zagreb. Central location means much of Zagreb's beautiful old town is within easy walking distance. The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean, the kitchen too, the bathrooms and showers were well stocked, well maintained, the showers functioned perfectly. The downstairs area was cosy, with couches, TV, computers for internet access, books and FREE BEER. The Staff though, are the hostel's greatest asset. I'll be back.x

Hobo Bear is a very great place! The location is very near to the inner city, but in a quiet street. Very important to the Hostel & its guests is to have a high qualitative & calm stay. It's perfect to take a great rest at night & go out to explore the city in the daytime. The service of the staff is very awesome, too! If you need a airport transfer, a reservation for a restaurant etc., they'll arrange it for you! We're all more than happy with the choice of our residence! Anytime again!!

A really cool hostel for young people. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The common area makes it very easy to meet other travelers

What else can i say....i think i paid less then what i got..the staffs are very friendly and helpfull and i feel like home!!!

I thought is was really nice, they left me a present for Christmas!! So sweet. And the staff, a girl I don't remember her name, was really nice and helpful. Super clean hostel, really everything was perfect.
