Real nice hostel to stay at, very relaxed. Always clean with a good kitchen. The air con in the downstairs dorm was a godsend. They also run tours from the hostel that specialize in going off the average tourist trail ( we went on the normal tourist tour with another provider and were very disappointed ) we wish we would have found out about their tours earlier, they had great info plus they pay their guides way more than the other companies.

Great hostel, the family running it are extremely nice and easy-going. Very clean and very good location. The only thing I would have really wanted for was internet access. Having to go to the internet cafe to make onward plans or keep in touch with people back home makes this hostel a little more expensive than it seems. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

We had a great stay in the Hobo Hideout. The owners were very nice and friendly, we loved the veranda outside where we ate breakfast and had some drinks at night. It was a bit noisy as it is on one of the main roads. But on the other hand, we had a laundry service right next door, a minimarket two blocks away and the main square just a block and a half away. The interior was very nice and new and filled with interseting artefacts. It gave it a charming feel. It'sdefinitely the place to stay!
