the hostel is average on the cleanliness side. there is a cleaning crew everyday but i guess coz the building is old so it kinda looks dull. the staff is awesome. they are friendly and helpful. hostel mates are awesome, very young since there is no age limit so most of my hostel mates cant even drink legally but that's not a problem if you know what i mean lol. the best part of this hostel is location. it's crazy. it's seriously 1 block from the waikiki beach!! cant get better than that

Been there couple of times and I have to admit, it's an excellent hostel. It's located in the heart of Waikiki, 1 block from the beach and super close to all the good restaurants, clubs and other venues. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Cleanliness of rooms really depend on the cleanliness of the people sleeping in it, not the staff. Adjacent little restaurant is really old and cheap prices. Common room is a great place to meet other travelers. Free wifi and the cool wristbands/room key !!

This was one of the best hostels I have stayed at over the past couple of years, met a lot of great people & the staff were more than helpful with anything I needed during my stay. Great location, only a block from the beach and only minutes walk to Bars & Clubs. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a good time there and would stay there again. What I didn't like is that breakfast is only between 10 and 11 and that you have to pay 25 cents for your locker every time you use it.

These poor marks go for you--not the hostel. The hostel was fine--I will never book thru you again! I wrote you twice I am tired of writing to people who do not read my emails

The hostel was great but the staff did forget to organise the shuttle bus to the airport that I booked with them so I almost missed my plane but otherwise was a good hostel. Very easy to meet people and in a great location.

I must say, I was not impressed. It is good to meet people, but other than that does not seem very clean, and facilities seem rather old. Apparently it is still one of the better hostels, which is why I stayed, but I did not exactly feel cozy here. It works: not more, not less.

Only stayed here one night. But definitely is a party hostel. Seems like lots of fun. Decent size common area. Super close to Waikiki beach. About Oahu..book online for Pearl Harbor otherwise u wait for hours.. North shore is fun to watch surfers. U'll want to get a rental car with a few others(book early online. It's $80-100). So 4 people makes it affordable. Takes 30min to 1.5 hours to get to places on the other side. Diamond hike is fun, close, and fairly easy to do and it over looks Waikiki.
