As a sleeping place, it's OK. Maybe private room will much better than dorm. If you choose a dorm, don't believe the picture it shows on the web. I think those should be private apartments.

The apartment was beautiful with high ceilings and a balcony overlooking Karlovy Vary facades. Wonderful!!
