Both staff and room were nice but this hotel is difficult to move to & from touristic sites & is located in a bad neighborhood. We were afraid to go out at night. What a pity!

I booked with just 3 reviews, so here's truth about it: nice hotel...on the inside ONLY! 25 minute tube ride from Victoria or Piccadilly stations, then another 10 min confusing walk in sketchy neighborhood. Rooms/breakfast great. Thin walls, little interaction w/ anyone else, no common room. If looking for cheaper place for Saturday rate (why we booked it), only worth it if don't mind 30+ min "out of way" location. For girls, doesn't feel safe walking from station to hotel at night
