Holmbecks is not actually in Nuremburg, rather it is in the adjoining town of Furth. It's situated a 20 minute walk from the station, by a busy road. The receptionist sits in a closed looking office chain smoking and the room is very soulless and a little seedy - zebra and tiger print fabics, gold floor tiles. The place was clean enough and the beds were comfy, but it had nothing much to recommend it.

This is a small hotel in Furth, connections to Nurnberg are reliable and fairly quick. Must use transit to get anywhere. Good Restaurants around the hotel, pleasant staff, clean units.
