Absolutely horrendous living conditions. Water didn't work and when it did staff told us to minimize use since they didn't want to refill the tank. Location was sketchy at best and dust was out of control. Learned from another resident hostel was previously at a different better location. Bedbugs ate me alive and I had to soak all my clothes and bag in alcohol to finally get rid of them. Staff were rude and ripped off other guests often doubling bus and train fares for booking. Stay away!!!!!!!

Good hostel but more like a hotel in terms of the traveller-vibe. There were open spaces for hanging out but it felt more like people were in transit rather than wanting to share experiences.

The location wasn't that great. If you are not a fan of using metro then rickshaw etc would cost you some. The place itself doesn't quite look like in the pics, it's a lot more ran down, roof top being the biggest dissapointment here. On a bright side beds are clean, hot water there and security proper, so good value for money.

We stayed at this hostel twice and it was great. All the staff are friendly and fab in general, they are happy to help out with information about delhi and other parts of the country. Free dinner, and breakfast was good. The dorms are good and clean . Would definitely recommend this hostel.

This hostel was a disaster. After traveling for hours to Delhi they had no running water all day and night and were not even apologetic. They were reluctant to even get me a jug of water so I could was my hands and face. My room was really noisy and the bed was broken. I would not recommend this hostel

The reception guys were very helpful, when helping me book my train away. the hostel was quite hard to find if you walk from the metro so get a rickshaw. It was a good place for a quick stop over and a drink with fellow backpackers however the roof top terrace which was advertised is now literally a rooftop with some chairs as apparently the neighbours complained or something about thew noise which is sad ( it think it should be put back!)! All in all a useful place to stop.

excellent value for money! I really enjoyed my stay, I met so many nice travelers there, great parties and a staff who takes care of every one. it was the best place for me to safe money as a low budget traveler, because breakfast and dinner was free. they arranged a tour for me, everything was perfectly organized. thanks! I will be back soon :)

There were a few mishaps with the hostel but one of the staff made up for it, one young man imparticular, Gautam. The bed was very uncomfortable and very dusty, the shower was not properly functioning and the noise from the construction outside lasted from 8am untill 1:30 the next day. Breakfast was decent but nothing special, the facility has most certainly been neglected, and it's missing some pretty basic things. Good to stay for 1 day as a transit place in Delhi but not for too long.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but kept using the dorms toilet throughout the night while we were sleeping. Far out of the centre, metro take almost half an hour to get to New Delhi station. The hostel is in a building site so very dusty, noisy and cold. Very expensive for location.

Hot water was out while I was there but the staff were pretty helpful and the breakfast with chai tea was pretty tasty. A good location to stay in, near the major metro of Delhi. For Delhi, good value for the cost.

Like India the country, this was a hostel of extremes. The common areas and free breakfast and dinner create a great vibe and make it a good place for single travelers. On the other hand, the room I was staying in was FREEZING with poor heating and marble floors. The sheets were also damp and not clean. I'm shocked that this place got an 80% review and its definitely not up to international standards. It is pretty cheap though.

The whole experience was really nice, with very welcoming staff, lots of travellers to share experiences with, and a cozy feel, that in Delhi in particular, is rather priceless. The only problem we had was the cold, as the rooms are not heated, and there are not many blankets available.

Couldn\'t lock the bathroom door in the dorm room and the towel I was given was wet and dirty. \"Free\" breakfast and dinner are nice add-ons to have but felt like paying for these extra things was useless since I wasn\'t at the hostel at those times. But staff was very helpful and friendly. Not the best location but by no means not the worse either.

Holy Cow is not what it lookes like in the pictures, somebody told me that was the old hostel. They are very hard to find an somethimes there's no electricity and hot water. Nevertheless, the staff tries it very very best, there are a lot of friendly backpackers walking around, there is a common "room" (lobby) and there is free "food" :)

Good offer for this cheap price. I saved a lot of money because of free breakfast and free dinner. wifi worked and the staff helped me a lot. I booked for 2 nights but I extended another 3 nights. Every day I meet new travel mates. Great place to join with others! They always had enough beer for us ☺ and shisha they even organized at 2 am. would definitely book there again. There was construction going on but this was not their fault, so I can´t complain about these things. It´s INDIA!

This hostel is a long way from central Delhi. The airport transfer guy showed up in an unmarked car (missing wing mirrors and with the side panelling bashed in). The hostel itself is in a bit of a dumpy area. Inside the hostel was dim and cold. The toilet seat was broken. I would recommend staying somewhere more central (because even if you're way out of the centre, you're still not going to get any respite from the chaos of Delhi! So you might as well be close to the things you want to do).
