Directions to Home Backpackers

From the Airport:
The best way to get to the hostel from Valencia Airport is taking the underground, either line Green (#5) or Red (#3). One way ticekt E 2.90. As far as the Nord Train Station (Estacío del Nord - in Valencian) which is the stop called Xàtiva. From here, you can follow the directions below "how to get to the hostel from the Nord Train Station". Nevertheless, the underground is open from 05.30 to 23.30. If you get to the airport later, catch
a taxi to the hostel which will last 15 minutes and cost aproximately from €20 to €25.

From the train station Valencia Nord:
From the main entrance (where the big clock is), cross the big road and straight up towards the Council Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento) . When you get to the end of the square, the street splits into two. Turn to the left and go straight forward on Calle de María Cristina. Continue past the Mercat Central building on your left and the Lonja building on the right hand side. Follow this and you will see in one corner the business VIA PIZZA, turn right on Calle Bolsería, go up as far as a small square called Plaça del Tossal. At the crossroads, you will meet Carrer San Miguel, go through this small street, turn left on the square and you will be able to see the big sign of Hôme Backpackers.

From the train station Joaquin Sorolla:
nonetheless, if you train stops at Joaquín Sorolla Station (Estació de Joaquín Sorolla), take the free shuttle (free with your train ticket ) outside the main exit that takes you to the North Train Station and follow the directions given above.

From the Bus Station:
From the main entrance, cross the big road, turn to the left and follow the course of the Turia River (Río Turia), now become a delightful and pleasant park. Take the first bridge on the right called Puente de las Artes", cross across it and keep going down through Calle Guillem de Castro. Then take the third street left ( Calle Beltrán Bigorra) and go up as far as the end then you will see Hôme Backpackers.

From the Port:
Once outside the port, go straight towards Calle Doctor J. Domine (5 minutes walk) and catch bus No 19 (One way ticket € 1.30). After 14 stops get off at the last stop "786-Xàtiva - Marqués de Sotelo". From here walk few minutes until the Council Square (Plaza del Ayuntamiento). Cross the square and once you get to the end the street splits into two. Turn to the left and go straight forward on Calle de María Cristina.
