Super location. Close to metro, shops and food. This hostel has the friendliest staff ever encountered! I learned a lot about the country in the short time I was there. Thanks for the great time.

We stayed 4 nights in the apartment, which was a great space - high ceiling, herringbone floor, antique furniture - one of the nicest hostels I've stayed in! The staff were very helpful and friendly, location was excellent (next to the Oktagon metro and within walking distance to the District VII bars) and price was amazing considering the plushness of the room. Minor annoyances: slightly squeaky bed, unreliable wi-fi in room (fine in reception), but overall excellent!

Receptionists really nice, lots of good tips of nice thing to do and places to go. I loved the decoration of the bedrooms! Hostel was clean, enough bathrooms. Everything was great. I would definitely stay there again if I go back to Budapest, which I hope I do!

Super cozy hostel with great, friendly staff and excellent recommendations for things to do and delicious, affordable places to eat. I loved Budapest partially because my experience at the hostel was so terrific. I definitely appreciated that it was always so warm inside compared to the frigid cold outside!

This is the best European hostel I have ever stayed in. It's really small and nice. The staff are lovely, kitchen's week stocked and there's no bunk beds. I've stayed in all the dorm rooms and they are all fantastic!

By far one of the best hostels I have stayed in. From the second I walked in I knew that I was going to enjoy my stay. The staff is extremely welcoming, charismatic, and knowledgable. The hostel itself is rather small, which adds to its cozy atmosphere. It is a converted apartment in an old building with a central courtyard that is closed off from the street. The home-cooked hungarian food was absolutely delicious, and followed by a great bar crawl - definitely go on it. Stay here!

Very friendly and welcoming personnel. Cosy. While being located in the central area no noise from outside could be heard which for me personally is always crucial. Only downside is they don't accept credit cards. There is a good publicly available guitar too. :)

This is a very nice hostel, with very friendly staff. They are very helpful and make sure you have all the info you need. We took part in the pub crawl that was organized by the hostel and really enjoyed it: we went to 4 different pubs that were very original. We got a nice overview of Budapest nightlife! Besides, we booked a private double room and got a whole flat to ourselves. It was very convenient.

Great place and great atmosphere, which made us feel like at home...The only problem might be that the shared space is quite small and close to the rooms, so need to take a lot of care not to disturb anyone.
