Home Made House is new small hostel where you will find a feeling of home and all comfort and facilities for your nice stay in beautiful Vilnius.
We are not the place of big parties, but we love chamber ones! Grab your drink and join us in our cosy kitchen � sitting area. Do you know how to drink vodka in local traditional way? Wanna discover? � come! Love cooking? � let�s share our gourmet experiences! Fancy to try some home made traditional food or learn to cook it yourself? � besides free breakfast on Tuesday mornings we are happy to show you the secrets of local kitchen.
Or maybe let's go out together? We know the best places of the city and ready to show our favorites, or reccommend some according your taste. If you are curious about the secret place where people sometimes having the best moments of the trip - don�t miss a chance.;)

The hostel location is just perfect: only few minutes (700 m.) of walk from the Bus/ Train stations, and it�s just behind the main - Town Hall � square of the Old Town.
While staying in a calm historical courtyard, at the same time you are in the middle of lively neighborhood with lots of great cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, clubs, cinemas, and other hot spots and popular sights. All the central area is around and you can reach everything by foot here. However if you want to take public transport going out of the center (e.g. �Akropolis�:) ) � bus and trolleybus stops are just right here.

Our hostess, the hostel owner, was very knowledgable and informative and went out of her way to check info for us and share ideas for site-seeing and eating out etc. Her assistants were also happy and helpful and all spoke excellent English. The owner was also very generous with sharing a glass of wine etc, we felt most welcome and included in with all the people staying, max of 12 beds. The hostel was full when we stayed and yet there was no long waiting for shower etc.
