Has everything you need, just a bit of a weird vibe

Was a great place to stay for what we wanted. Was annoying that the WiFi didn't reach the rooms and would only work intermittently.

we had a good time in this hostel, nice and helpfull, awesome food and drinks

Excellent free pick-up service from Siem Reap bus stop which saved us from much trouble as we arrived at night. My room has no hot water, which makes the presence of the water heater an absurdity. Hostel said usually we could pay $3 more to switch to a room with hot water, but unfortunately such rooms were full... Book carefully if you're not used to cold water bath. No wifi in the rooms. Use internet at lobby or canteen where flies and mosquitoes are interested in you.

Overall a very shit experience staying here. Showers are stone cold (asked staff they said we had to pay for the heat!) towels damp, wifi did not work anywhere except in the lobby, food was way overpriced. I could have forgiven all this if the staff were friendly but the guys at reception are just rude and only said 2 words when they wanted money at the end of our stay not helpful at all. I preferred staying at downtown siem reap.

It's worth the money, we would stay there again. The reception staff need to cheer up a bit and the older guy is very rude.

Hot water was out when we were staying here for 2 nights.

When we first arrived, the staff immediately tried to sell us a way overpriced tour of Angkor instead of showing us our room. When we finally got to the room, we were told that the AC was not included. The room had a funny smell which did not go away by opening the window. There was no hot water in the shower since the heater was broken, and there is no WiFi in the rooms. When we asked for an extra towel the staff were very suspicious and very reluctant to provide the towel. Not recommended.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is incredible and available all day and pretty much all night! The room is cleaned every day with a fresh towel which was very nice. I did find a cockroach in my bathroom one night but it was swiftly removed by reception! Well located for pub street and sunrise at Angkor Wat. Overall a very relaxing stay, I would definitely return! Thank you!

Probably the cleanest hostel we have been to yet, and the beds are by far the most comfortable things we have found in SE Asia! So comfortable that we made it a point to come back for a fluffy nights rest a week later. Great facility from start to finish for sure.
