Very friendly staff. Free delicious coffee every morning. Great location, but very difficult to find the first time - pay attention to the exact address, because there is no signage outside! I would recommend that they make the entranceway more obvious.

If you go to Taipei then this is the place where you need to stay. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly and the facilities are incredible, you would be forgiven to think you were staying in a hostel. The stay at Home Walk Guesthouse made the experience in Taipei even better and I would recommend anyone to go there.

All you need is there, close to a MRT station, laundry for free with their own machine, WiFi, good information. Sanitary facilities could do with an update, but all clean.

One thing I found QUITE unpleasant was the receptionist's attire. Her dress was far too short and I noticed everyone else making stares and comments in reference to her fully exposing certain body parts that didn't need to revealed to the public. She had no shame and found this to be very untactful when in the presence of working with people. This gives a negative image to your business. I also found her not to be as warm as others working in the hostel business.

to name an individual would be unfair -- to name them all would be too general. yet to simply say that the stuff at HOME WALK are simply the finest would suffice. i loved this place. being honest, i didn't love a rude guest walking around the hallway -late- making royal noise while dragging her ugly feet. outside that, amazing! super clean and modern -- eclectic, yet tres-chic! even a wash machine is included with stay. where have i seen this before? no place. thank you guys. :)

We've bookef a private double room and got one without window, ecen it tjos was not the cheepest category we've booked. Reception stuff not too helpful/skilled with local events and far more friendly to male guests.good coffee machine. in total only ok

This is a great hostel in a convenient location, just a couple of streets away from a metro station. It's only been open a few months, so everything is new and in good condition. The staff are really friendly and gave us lots of help and advice, especially with travel arrangements. The best bit is the free coffee in the communal area. The one downside was that you couldn't rent towels, only buy them, which was a bit annoying.
