Hi! Apple iphones have a hard security configuration and is different in all countries! for that reason, we have two pc´s FREE for our guests, 24hs availables for you in our lounge. Have a nice and safe trip! :))

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, but a bit hot, even with the AC on all day long. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendliest staff, great kitchen and common area and our 4 bed dorm was huge! Lovely atmosphere, would recommend.

Very nice solutions. The staff is great: young and always available. They offer a great service that I am not used to have in other hostels around the world, in order to have to whole Valencia experience. The only bad thing was not having a "real" window from my room: it faced the indoor courtyard with kitchen, so it wasn't possible to get fresh air from the outside. But it was ok for just a few nights.

would not recommend staying here. even in late may/early june, the rooms were like saunas. sleeping was difficult because the rooms were so hot. sure, the bathrooms were clean, but they're also like college dorm bathrooms whereas other hostels have one person bathrooms that you share instead of communal bathrooms. location is not the greatest - far from the beach and arts/sciences museum. staff was a little annoying - felt like overenthusiastic sleep away camp counselors. valencia is also boring

Hi Brandon, we have air conditioner in all rooms so why you did not take the control? everybody know that bathrooms are shared and the info is in all webs. We are in the hearth of the downtown in front of one of the most important buildings and our staff works very hard to offer all the best 24hs for all our guests... you can read the rest of reviews!! Unfortunately you did not know discover our city (we offer activities and walking tour)... but it was not our fault...

Great location!

Perfect hostel in the heart of Valencia with love to detail that make your stay a little more pleasant. The fact that there is no breakfast included is not a big issue as there are many cafés around that serve all a traveller needs.

Nice place, a little too anal about security after we forgot our room card and they refused to let us in

The bathroom was not as clean as I would have hoped, but I guess that's all I should expect from a 12 € per night place. Also they frequently let people in without looking to see who it was, but nothing bad happened...

Hi, We clean the bathrooms more than 4 times per day! our cleaning standard is so high. That is one of the reasons because the quality/price that we offer is higher than the rest of hostels. We have cameras at the main entrance, stairs, living room, terrace, etc...so we can check 24hs who is inside the hostel.Remember that you had a pass card, too...so we can control the hostel all the time! If you are planing to return to our city, you are very welcome to check these things! all the best

After being woken up in the middle of the night by the air conditioner leaking onto my head, I moved beds and took my pillow with me. On May 4 @ 6:30am the man you had on staff was helping a traveler check-in to our room. I was woken up in a panic as this man yanked the extra pillow from beneath my head and declared rudely, "you cannot use two pillows" The girl he was assisting was embarrassed and apologized profusely. The man however, did not. I will not be recommending this hostel.

Responsive and multilingual staff, very cool atmosphere, comfortable beds that are NOT bunk beds! It's well located too, quite close to the train station. 2 big refrigerators was an unexpected plus, as I normally struggle to find refrigerator space in hostels. No such problem here. I absolutely recommend this hostel.

everything is good, staff is helpful, even at 3 or 4 in the morning, they still are there to open the main door for you, this is the third time i am staying in this hostel, and i like it, the only complaint is the shower room, it is not very clean, they should have used a strong cleaner to scratch off all those dirt on the walls on shower room.

This hostel is friendly and clean, and is in a great location, smack bang in the middle of the old district of Valencia. My only advice would be to ask for a dorm on a floor above reception. We had a dorm room just behind the reception desk and it was noisy pretty noisy (the communal area is also on this floor).

I've stayed at this hostel several times.... Keep coming back for the value and grat hospitality.

There's no elevator so it's not suitable for people who have large luggage. If you want to left your luggage, you've to pay for locker. Price is quite expensive compared with facilities. There's no breakfast but location is very good

Immaculate. As a couple in our twenties, we found the atmosphere not as mature as we would have liked. The open terrace through the middle of the hostel can make for noisy nights, so bring some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
