This was a lovely hostel in a great location (just across from the markets). They had good facilities (kitchen, laundry, entertainment) and everything was clean and comfortable, although it might have been nice to see some extra bathrooms. The building has a central courtyard which is beautiful but means that noise from the common room goes into the sleeping areas which was very disruptive at night.

Night staff was not helpful at all when I came asking for help for my food poisoning. As someone travelling alone, I just needed a friendly face, comfort, and aspirin. Luckily the other hostel members provided that, but the night staff member basically just shook his head to my aspirin related questions and walked away. Otherwise, the place is nice, pretty average in most respects, but good value for money.

nice place, very central, staff ok, even pretty good for good ideas and unknown places in town; may be another (even smaller common place would be great); the best would be a terrace, perfect to enjoy the spanish sunshine, or just enjoy a quiet moment.

Loved it! Nice atmosphere, perfect location very nice stuff. Only negativ point: Gender mixed bathrooms. I don't really mind it, but my girlfriend was saying she didn't feel comfortable meeting drunk guys at the bathroom when she went to the bathroom at 3am. But if you don't mind that, definitely go for it!

great place overall! great staff, good common area with a nice kitchen and dining area, plenty of seating/couches for talking with others. no bunks in any rooms (I dont think) and plenty of space. nice lockers, great location, good community vibe. only slightly tricky to find from the train station but overall wasn't too hard if you follow the "keep fountain on right of you and pass citibank" instructions. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt. Fun pub crawl too!

A good hostel. Good pub crawl and relaxing social areas inside with dining table and couches to sit on.

Had an amazing time here. All the rooms have 3 or so beds in them, which makes it really easy to get a good nights sleep and make friends with your room mates. Kitchen is small but has a massive table for meeting people and everyone seemed to be pretty friendly.

HHi guys, really you shoud repair the showers that keep falling, and fix the hot-cold water as it can pass from warm to burning hot and to cold again within seconds...

Everything about the place was pretty good--but the room I was staying in smelled very stale. It smelled like someone had not done their laundry in years and almost made me gag; I am not sure if it was a guest or the room because I stayed for several nights and as my "roommates" rotated the smell did not unfortunately. Though it did not seem to bother anyone else, but I found that to be amazing since I have a bad sense of smell. I was in another room for one night and it smelled fine.

Hostel really well situated: just behind the Lonja in front of the Mercado Central. It has no lifts. The place is quite noisy and my room (4 mixed beds on the 2nd floor) had no view on the outside. Nevertheless, it is clean, cheap and somewhere where you could meet people.

Overvalued. You can rent a HOTEL for the money you pay here if you are with your friend in Valencia! I would recommend you to go for HOTEL!

Probably the most friendly staff I've ever seen. Very eager to help and give advice on what to do in the city. The hostel is very clean, organized and safe. The showers could have a bit of maintenance as the two shower heads on the first floor were hanging by tape. No breakfast but to be honest it's not necessary, there are really cheap cafes and bars just outside the front door. The wifi is very unstable but it's free so can't complaint.

The hostel was great! They serve paella and sangria every night, and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is always clean. Near the central market (which is awesome, and great for going there for breakfast or buying food for cooking lunch/dinner). The only cons, in my opinion, were the lack of breakfast (only cereal) and free storage for your luggage after check out (5 euros for 12 hours).

I think this is a great hostel on every account except the fact that the number of people in each room cannot be more than 4. I always prefer to stay in 8 or 10 bed rooms since it increases interaction between people. Otherwise, this is an excellent hostel with carefully thought out arrangements like the restrooms, high-tech security lockers in the facility, very helpful staff and cleanliness.

Never actually made it to Valencia unfortunately so I can´t review this hostel.

it is alittel to mutch that they charge for living the bag for n hour or 2 in the hostel after check out ather then that it whas all vere cool!
