Property Information:
Our guest house is in a quite residential area with a small back garden and a large park 5 minutes down the road. Like at home we provide the full use of a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is packed with sofas, TV and DVDs! The in house receptionist can help you with anything you need to know about London and happy to make breakfast and packed lunches at an additional cost.

All our rooms come with storage so you can really feel at home!
Please note:
We have a cocker spaniel called Charlie living with us! He's very friendly and only allowed downstairs and no where near the bedrooms.
Check-in from 12:00 -24:00 but we will hold luggage if you arrive earlier.
Check-out - 11.30am
Cancellation policy is 48 hrs in advance
We accept payment by cash only

This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Our guest house is aimed toward families and travellers looking for longer term accommodation.
It is non-smoking and rude behaviour will not tolerated.
There is 24hr access but if you are looking for a day and night party atmosphere this is unlikely to be the place for you!
There are no pets allowed either.
