The staff are really helpful and go out of their way with a good old sit down and mini tour of Budapest. Had a wonderful time here! Was not many females staying in the place and there were no easily accessible mirrors and power points in the bathrooms/toilets if you want to dry your hair (girls) or shave (boys). The main common room/kitchen and eating space is small, but if you are travelling by yourself it is a great excuse to make new friends! Andrew will help you with anything too!

Andrew is an awesome host. A walking encyclopaedia like him makes Wikipedia useless! HomePlus is located perfectly for walking around in Buda or Pest.

The hostel is clean, conveniently located, and has a layout such that guests can socialize easily. It is exactly the sort of place one should stay in for a city such as Budapest. We had a fantastic time Budapest, mostly because of the helpful staff and the wonderful guests who were there.

I suggest Home Plus Hostel to everybody! It takes place in a perfect position; Andrew- the Boss- is SOOOOOOO nice and can give you helpful information to discover Budapest! The hostel is clean and sure, the interior decoration are wonderfull, full of color and creativity. i recommend it!

It is a small hostel, but it really fells like home. The reception guy is always willing to help and give good tips about the city, but sometimes ends up interfering too much in the guest's life. But anyway, if you are looking for a small, good located hostel, this is a great place to stay!

The photos of the hostel are much better than the real place, which don't have a good bathroom. I have made a reservation for a 4 bed bedroom and stayed in a 10 bed bedroom. However, the staff were really helpful, and for sure that I would stay there again if I go to Budapest.

Andrew and Julia are super nice! they always want to help you whatever you need! They are really nice people :)

It was all really good, really helpfull staff ! Quiet small hostel really close to the tram which is really handy!

This was really a pleasant stay and you really feel directly at home in this cosy hostel. Especially the staff is very friendly and helpful!
