Hostel is in a good location. Staff are very friendly. There are locks on the doors. However there was building work going on to do up the bathrooms which were a bit of nightmare. I really enjoyed it was a great time in that hostel. The atmosphere, the caractere really surprised me and put me straight into a russian ambiance,even if the weather was not so good the soul of this area make your trip interesting, a Super location and a perfect team.I really enjoyed it was a great time in that hostel. Yeah, quite chaotic place, maybe this hostel isn\'t so clean as people want, and there are only 3 showers and 3 toilets for many many people.. And obviously there are many things they should improve.. BUT for me the most important is character and atmosphere of the hostel which was excellent! I met great people there:) And remember - staff changes everything - Ivan is the most helpful recepcionist in the world! It was quite shabby, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was really good. but there was only one fully functional toilet. bathing facilities were mixed (is this normal) I booked a room but mearly got 3 bed room no sink etc. Comes with fridge and cooking facilities. Wifi worked intermittently on the lower floor directions give were not very good It was quite expensive for what i got It was quite shabby, but the staff were friendly and helpful. You have to meet Iwan, the manager. Very nice friendly and helpful! He even goes out on the town with the "guests". Location is erfect only 3 minutes walking from Smolenskaja metro vokzal right in the center of moskva. Charming hostel in the center of moscow, you really do feel at home. Full of atmosphere and it\\\'s even got its own guitar and piano and free coffee and internet. The minuses: quite noizy, we slept a couple of nights without sheets and when you get home to the hostel pissdrunk early in the morning, you have to have the guy who\\\'s supposed to let you in\\\'s phone number, because he\\\'s fallen asleep and doesn\\\'t hear the bell.
