Cant write much coz of word limits. The owner of the Homestay, a mid-aged local man who speaks little Eng, has ruined my trip. One night, I was using computer in the living room. His wife went out. He came sit next to me & said "you, me, sleep". Then he pointed at me, himself & did the sleeping gesture. I was scared. I went up to my room & locked the door. Later the night, he knocked on my door and brought with a coke. I said "no thanks" & closed the door. this is crazy & so insecure!

Cancellation Policy
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
Things to Note
Children Policy:
- No additional charge (room only) for children up to 11 years of age sharing room with parents without extra-bed.
- 50% on breakfast for children between 5 years old and 11 years old, is VND50.000.
- Extra person supplement: VND100.000-VND150.000 (Including Breakfast)
- Free of charge for baby cot.
Homestay policy:
+ Check-in time is at 14.00. Earlier check-in is arranged at request.
+ Check-out time is at 12.00 noon
+ An extra bed is available VND180.000/ per night
+ Payments made by Master, Visa, JCB credit card is surcharged 3%.
+ Cancellation is FREE of charge before 48 hours notice otherwise the 1st night charged.
