Great hotel! Comfortable room, good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful balcony area where they serve breakfast. The restaurant right next door is fantastic. Airport transfer is easy to set up. Word of warning, though: there's no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor, so if you have trouble climbing many stairs, this probably isn't the place for you.

Kim is the sweetest and most helpful receptionist I have ever encountered! The hotel is nice and clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff (Kim is a real gem!). Two-person room simple but nice. We got a room not facing the street, so it was pretty quiet.

The staff is nice and very helpful. Good information on city, travels and living life in Vietnam. The breakfast terasse is really atractive. I recommend this hotel to every visitor in Ho Chi Minh city. Staying in upper levels might be hard because there's not a lift. Good free wifi and tv. Possibility to print documets.

The hotel was in a really good location, although noisy at night I think you expect that in a place like Ho Chi Minh City. The security was ok, although when we asked for our passports and she said they were already securely in the safe, when we insisted it turns out they were just under the counter. At night they locked the front doors at 11 which is good as its in a busy area only issue is the door bell to get in resonates through the place. Breakfast was good!

I liked the Hong Han at 1st - Kim at the front desk is AMAZING! Super helpful and friendly. Our room was a big size but the hot water did run out. The location is great as it's on the backpacker strip so you can walk outside during all hours of the day and something is going on. Our impression was tainted bc we were pick pocketed in the lobby showing the security was terrible. The style of the place had no front door so the robber just ran in; we got sketched out and checked out early.

The staff are wonderful, and the place is terrific value for the money. My room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Appreciated everyone's efforts to be helpful very much!

The staff were awesome! Very friendly and helpfull.

For the price this is a good place to stay. It was pretty clean and not too noisey (for Ho Chi Minh). The staff were some times helpful although sometimes they didn't always understand our queries. We had the small room which meant no security box but we felt that our room was pretty secure.

Fantastic location of hotel at the end of the backpackers strip. Rooms clean and air con efficient. Staff helpful and booked trips well for us. Be careful if you stay out later than 12. We returned at 1am and the hotel was locked up. Had to bang on the shutter for someone to let us in. Also have to take off shoes to go in hotel, which annoys me in hotels (don't mind in the guest houses). Breakfast ok in the morning, although they only have a few tables, so if it's busy, you're stuck!

Kim and Hue were wonderful hosts and very friendly and welcoming. Am very grateful and thankful for their kindness and consideration.
