Help was not really friendly, we did not have wifi in our rooms, elevators were broken from time to time so had to wait (or walk). Room was not clean..... -> you get what you pay......

Staff is the worst. Security when deposit bags on the last day is so weak coz your luggage can be stolen when the staff going for introduce a new customer. Will never go again.

Standard Hong Kong budget room, but in a great location in Mong Kok. Small rooms (as expected in HK) with thin walls (as expected in HK) but the owner, Jacky, was helpful and welcoming!

this place was great value for money. These rooms are small, not like a motel room but I was very happy here. It was clean, great location, internet worked and shower was hot. Staff helped me with directions and information on where to buy USB's where I can do printing, where I can get the airport bus. It was a good stay for me and a great base from which to explore Hong Kong. Thanks I would happily return here.

Well this place location is superb with nearby place to shop and try out the local food. The local transportation is also very convenient. The price is wise is really value for money. Minimal interaction with staff at all during the stay except during check in & check out which is fine with us.

What you pay is what you get, the view from the balcony looks like a slum but te inside is enough to sleep in. the only thing that I did have a problem with was the cleaning lady lived next door and was very particular about making noise after certain hours. I'm on holiday and didn't want to have to be quiet/go to bed at 10pm. the rooms are tiny but if you're just lookin for a cheap place to sleep the night while you spend most of your time outdoors then go for it.

All in all the Hong Kong Budget Hotel was a very good experience. Inexpensive, discrete, felt safe and located in an amazing and lively part of Hong Kong, walking distance from the best markets (lady's - fish - bird - Sham Shui Po). Would go back next time for sure!

A good hostel for a group of friends which visit H.K. However, I don't recommend it for a family. The hostel is located in the Mongkok district, which is very dynamic and well served.

The hostel's location is amazing , its a 2 minute walk at most from Mong Kok MTR , conveniently located near the airport shuttle bus stop , and a bustling shoppers paradise till wee hours at night . The place was clean and had wifi , an added bonus

The employee not friendly at all. the flush toilet has broken for 2 days. there is no sincere house sign in the building. But the place really strategic. it's near with ladies market, temple street and fa yuan street. they also provide hot water and kitchen.

It was definitely budget, but if you keep that in mind while going there, you will not be disappointed! The staff is so nice! Mr. Chan gave very good instructions and the lady at the reception was very nice. We got lost and they helped over the phone in English. They let me borrow a converter. They also give you clean towels, which I was not expecting. I felt safe and the room we stayed in had a nice window. It did not smell bad, which is a first for me in Hong Kong hostels.

I has good time in here although I haven't met any travelers here. There is a common space but it's not foot place to hang out. The staff speaks good English but it's just one person. He never smiles, he made a impression that he doesn't want to talk to travelers. He does just his job without any feelings, I got that feeling personally. In addition, they have a small dog, so if u like dogs, go for it, but if don't, don't stay here.
