having no internet in the room was inefficient. management personal skills can be worked on. great location tho. better directions would be nice.

- Can only access WIFI on one floor. - My sheets were very slightly damp. - They say the reception is 24 hour but the lady at the office refused to deal with me before 9am. Although she was quick enough to take my money. - I couldnt lock my door. + Excellent location. + You wont find better for the same money. + Excellent location.

I stayed there for only one night and im glad that i had not booked more days. The staff is not very friendly and the whole night there was an annoying sound from some electric which was impossible to turn off. At least the location is good.

The hostel staff do not treat customers nicely, we are paying customers so we expect some courtesy from them as the host! Guests are experiencing horrible customer service from them!

The room is really good. I did enjoyed my stay but don't think I will be back. The lady that did the check in for us was really rude. We did nothing wrong but she was so cranky and tell us the house rules in no manners.

Look for 83 on bottom of Argyle Street sign and then ask someone for the Sincere House in a close shop as soon as you see it as to avoid an expedition as entrance is not actually on Arglye Street but down Perpendicular Street (Google to find hostels actual website AND print Map) Dirt cheap hostel right next to the MTR subway (Mong Kok Exit D2). In the heart of Kowloon (I think personally) being 5min walk to Temple Street Night Market and Ladies Market (Great to eat at and cheap souvenirs). MTR will take you

Pros: for me the room is worth more than you pay for..it's really near the restaurants, shops,MTRs and bus stops, money changers and convenience stores.. Cons: we had a hard time looking for the Sincere house building coz you can barely see the sign..they don't accept credit cards..the inside of the building is quite untidy and creepy but don't get it twisted the room was nice..the bathroom is quite small..

It's Hong Kong...every room you will find is tiny. My major problem with this hostel is that it is far from the party area of HK while also being in the most densely populated area in the world, the Mongkok station area, so the streets are teeming with people 24/7. Otherwise, the room was very clean and the bed was soft.

We stayed here for 3nights in a twin room. Bedding was thick quilts so not sure if they are washed regually or not but bathroom cleaned daily. Hostel in good location for subway and night market but no social areas and no in hostel activities. Very little interaction with staff only on check in / out. Hard to find on 7th floor of tower block but secure enough.
