Great location and lift service,but no wifi coverage on the 9th floor.

staff help average,i left a tshirt in my room within a few hours of check out came back for it and was already thrown out could at least good things for 24 hours or have some sign we throw out everything!

The photo in the link did not state that rooms don't have windows. It is very claustrophobic staying in a tiny room without windows. It would have been ideal if from the beginning information regarding nature of the rooms were stated as this would allow us to make a decision as to weather we will stay in this hostel or not. The staff similarly would do best to at least be a bit more friendlier as we felt that we were being hurried in we checked out of the room at exactly 12:00 noon.

Be more courteous to customers.

If staff's character is included in your checklist, you wouldn't want to be in this hostel. For 3 nights, the owner never showed a bit of being hospitable, neither a smile nor a greet! He was screaming all the time & it seemed like he was scolding us! Or he really was! We were 16 in our group, from ages 15-56. None of us appreciated him. But rather, all of us found him very rude! He should at least be kind & considerate to his costumers because we make his business run. He better realize that!

Overall this hostel was pretty good. It was clean, in a great location and all the stuff in my room worked! I think the guy I checked in with is the owner and he's a pretty quiet guy which comes off as being pissy, but after I lost my day bag and the key he was pretty good about it - though I did still have to (rightfully) pay for a replacement set. Of the three hostels I stayed in while in HK I would have to rate this #1 as my favourite place.

Is quite reasonable price with the facilities provided.

The person who received us was very unpolite, and pretty rude, in the specification of the room they said that you can have free wifi, but THE ROOM DOESN\'T HAVE INTERNET! if you want to connect it, you must to go to the 7th floor (the rooms are located in the 15th floor) and stand up outside the reception desk (the staff don\'t open the door). Something that is worth to clarify is that the rooms are a little bigger and more clean compare to the hostels in tsim sha tsui area.

Staff was not very helpful in the office. Wifi advertised as accessible turned out to be only in the office with nowhere to sit.

having no internet in the room was inefficient. management personal skills can be worked on. great location tho. better directions would be nice.

Room was clean but cold due to cold weather and no heater in the room.

I wish I could pay with credit card. Idon't moind them to charge extra for it but credit card wold be my prefferred payment method

- Can only access WIFI on one floor. - My sheets were very slightly damp. - They say the reception is 24 hour but the lady at the office refused to deal with me before 9am. Although she was quick enough to take my money. - I couldnt lock my door. + Excellent location. + You wont find better for the same money. + Excellent location.

I stayed there for only one night and im glad that i had not booked more days. The staff is not very friendly and the whole night there was an annoying sound from some electric which was impossible to turn off. At least the location is good.

The staff was unfriendly but not rude. The restroom was very very small and I almost put my head into the toilet when I wash my hair. Because of the capacity, I think it\'s hard to do shower. There\'re some benefits, however, the location, cleanliness and the value for money are perfect, I can say. One more thing, there\'s no universal outlet.
