I like the location. Near from MTR stations, near from SOGO, Forever 21 and Jardine's Market. Some street food restaurant spread around this area. The Hostel accept payment with credit card. But when I came in to the room, there's death cockroach on the floor. I stayed in twin bed with bathroom inside. The bathroom is clean and provide hot water. But the bed is quite hard.

was not very clean, common areas were limited and uncomfortable, staff was mostly unhelpful to rude, the wi fi connection spped was so slow it was useless, and they refused any refund on 12 days i could not use. the price is high for what you get. and its very, very noisy. and, the landlord has signs posted saying the hostel is illegal and not covered by insurance

This hostel is in a street with expensive fashion stores, near a subway station which is great. The room we stayed in was in another building than the entrance. It felt a little 'illegal' but I think it isn't. I a tiny apartment were about 15 people in total i think and two showers. To get to our room we had to walk through another room every time. Shower was ok clean, Wifi was slow. It was very smelly of human body odor. It's not bad but I have stayed in nicer places for much less money.

The staff tried to charge us for the use of towels saying it is only available for rental. We pointed out that it's website stated clearly it is free but the staff argued that website is an old one. We insisted that that is their problem and only then they offered the towels to us so reluctantly. The subsequent night there was no change if towel nor cleaning of the room and the bearers were not changed either.

The room is in the edge of what I can accept in terms of everything. However, the hostel present some particularities that makes it recommendable: location, staff flexibility, etc.

This Hostel was not much more than a place for us to sleep, but it didn't give us a good sleep. The beds were creaky and loud The room was full of mold. The hostel was in a good location, but we found that there were better areas where we should have stayed. The staff wasn't very helpful when asking questions about getting to hte airport. The room is in a different building than the office so we had to make a special trip just to talk to the office and then they weren't very helpful.

Kind of grungy dorm room and bathroom, though the common room area is decent. Location is right next to the metro and supermarket in Causeway Bay, but I don't know if I'd stay here again.

We read the reviews and then chose this hostel. But not like they said. It seems all the hostels in that building share all the apartments to mix all guests . We chose 4mixed dorm and only one people checked in before. So only one bed was empty. When we came back for dinner. Two guys slept in our beds. That means they set 5 ppl into 4beds. We found the staffs but they were VERY unfriendly and asked us why you didn't put anything in bed!? it's ridiculous! I think they also have security problems!

I didn't feel safe in their private room which was located in another building from the reception. The lock in the shared bathroom did not work at all. And there was not enough lighting. The entire floor looked dark and scary. The bed is the worst. It was dirty and tough as a rock! I end up having to stay in another place and asked for refund for the my reservation but they wouldn't refund me! I have stayed in other hostel before in HK and they were way nicer and better than Hong Kong hostel

Good location in Hong Kong, supermarket is just across the street. Downside is that there are no cheap restaurants around. But is decent for the money I suppose.

Cleaner STOLE valuables from our room. We noticed our Hong Kong 7s tickets were missing from our private room and confronted the cleaner (the only other person with access to our room) . She denied all knowledge until we demanded to be compensated. It was only then that she returned it to us. Who knows how many other times she has stolen from the guests. Hotel management were also extremely rude and unhelpful and eventually, we had to call the police. An awful situation to be in on holiday.
