We were upgraded to a double room which was great but it was in a different building across the street, we felt abit on our own. The room was ok, small but basic, it had a great shower. The hostel was clean and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Had a single room with ensuite and couldn't have for better for the price. Very good hostel and will recomend to friends. BE CAREFUL OF THE ROOM ALLOCATION!!!!
Despite I had booked a 3 bed female dorm, I was given a 2 bed small room with another male guest.
I was told my roommate would be a girl, and when I returned at the night, the guest happened to be a man.
The staffs didn\'t apologise, They said, \"Why didn\'t you tell us earlier?\" Then they tried to allocate another room IN ANOTHER BUILDING for me.
I only got refund after I\'d warned that I would complain to HK Tourism Association.BE CAREFUL OF THE ROOM ALLOCATION!!!!

The location is definetivily the best you can stay at Hong Kong island. It's near Central and Soho. A supermarket placed right across the streets, many backpackers staying there and free internet access.Although the staff is not really friendly and our shower moulded I would stay there a second time!The location is definetivily the best you can stay at Hong Kong island. the discription for the direction was wrong. They wrote, that the ferry from shenzehn is the fastest way, however, it tooks me about half an day, because you need about 1 hour to get to the ferry by bus, and the ferry to hong kong are not going frequent. In addition, there is no sign on the entry of the building, so, its hard to find it. the discription for the direction was wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean (and cleaned extra during our stay)

Ask for Sam, he'll take good care of you. The locations is great - very short walk to the Causeway Bay Metro and near a good shopping / walking area. Very clean place with good showers.
