Once you check in they take you to another building. I don't like that, they must give the real address. Toilet was very very dirty, and the bed was loud. Every time that I moved in bed it made noise, difficult to sleep. Bedrooms were clean, good location.

Good place if you want to save money on accommodation and less concern about fancy or not fancy place to stay. Price is reasonable, very close to causeway bay mtr ,shopping center, and there is 24hrs big supermarket just across the street. Will come back again one day

Booked one double room and one room for four people - each with a bathroom - was shown to an apartment four blocks away with four bunk beds and one bathroom. That said, the rooms were ok clean and so was the bathroom.

The pictures on Hostel World greatly exaggerated the state of the hostel. Although in an excellent location the hostel was in really poor condition. The lockers were large which was useful but the room itself was old and tired, I'm sure a lick of paint and some new beds would do wonders, one of the beds actually felt like sleeping on a wooden box rather than a mattress. The bathroom had a heavily rusted bath and hot water was rare, you wouldn't be able to tell if it was clean or not.

Does not honor reservations! Emailed to inform them of my delayed flight, but due to a further delay, I didn't arrive until late at night. Because the terms and conditions stated that I would be charged a full night if I didn't show, I assumed they would hold the room using this fee as a deposit. When I arrived, they refused to let me upstairs; after following other guests through the security door, they told me they had rented my room. Did not offer alternatives. Very rude and irresponsible.

This place is located in the flat in the apartment building so it feels like a shared apartment but without any staff present. They also allow anytime check-ins which resulted in all lights turned on at 2am. Overall, the quality of hostels in Hong Kong is one of the worst in the world so the expectations are rather low.

The hostel has a nice common room with free toast and coffee in the morning, and the rooms are clean and simple. But the bathrooms need some serious cleaning and are pretty dirty. Also, most of the staff didn't seem to speak english or to be very friendly or helpful, and only one of the staff could even recommend an area to eat but not even a specific restaurant. This is also an illegally run hostel and there is a sign in the lobby stating this and saying you could be kicked out at any time!!!

Positives: Good central location. Lockers (you must provide or buy padlock). Storage if you leave for a few days/weeks. Constant hot water. Aircon. Negatives: Very cramped rooms. No Internet in many of the rooms. Small reception/social area. Several staff did not speak English.

The Hostel is well located.I booked a three persons Dorm and the Staff gave me an upgrade to a single private room for the same price,so I would say thumbs up to the awesome management of the hostel that also helped me with planning my day trips around HK as it was my first time here. The Internet in my room also worked very well.there was also free coffee and Tea so that was also a plus as we don`t get that in China where I live.

I stayed in a private ensuite room and it was very clean with a nice bathroom. The location is excellent, just around the corner of Causeway Bay metro. The staff was helpful when you need them and is easy to meet people. I would definitely recommend this hostel and I would stay again.

For Hong Kong it is OK for such a price. Location is very good in Causeway Bay; well connected with other parts of Hong Kong and airport.

I just spent one night on this hostel. All the hostels in HK are really expensive, so I guess this is not so bad in prize-quality relationship. I was in a private room, the bathroom is okay but the room is really small. Unfriendly staff and really hard maitress.

I really loved it. It is in the best location - on Causeway Bay - far better than Nathan Road and Kowloon because 80% of the tourist stuff is on Hong Kong Island and crossing the water costs quite a bit. You're in apartments with plenty of people, which is nice and you get a very home-from-home feel. The cooking facilities are SO useful! 24 hour supermarket outside and a great common area where I met tons of people. Close to the cheapest nightclub area (Lockhart Road - ladies night on Wednesday)
