Only promt service at the time of charge. Owner likes to be sceamig all the time. Internet connection is a joke.

Had a great stay at Hong Thien in Hue. Hong is a brilliant host and despite the rain, made our stay most memorable. This is a good location hotel, just around the corner from the main tourist spot so you don't get hassled as soon as you walk out the door. There is a bar just a minute away and Gilden rice restaurant is excellent. Enjoy hue!!

Only stayed here one night. Location is good, but you could be a little closer to center if you want to do the Citadel. The lady at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. Our twin private was basic - the shower was not good - but the balcony made it have some character and really sold the place for me. Pretty cheap for a private hotel room (about $8 or $9 a person per night).

Location was good, staff were a bit frantic though. The room was decent enough and clean.

The hotel was pretty good value. It was right downtown, close to bars, restaurants and shops. They offered some good tours. Our laundry didn't dry in time so they gave us 50% off, which was very fair of them. There were some very teeny tiny ants in the bed, but they were harmless and we've encountered them practically everywhere throughout Vietnams and Cambodia. Nice and quiet. :)
