We were upgraded on our first night to a deluxe room which was really nice. The standard double room on the second night then seemed rather musty and dark in comparison but still clean and good value for the price. The staff were all very helpful and the swimming pool and breakfast options are by far the best things which made our stay!

Pros: Nice rooms with bold decorations, an actual tub in the bathroom (the first one I've seen in 2 months of travel in SEA!). Decent wifi. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was simple eggs and toasted baguette, nicely prepared. Very friendly staff, especially the woman who checked me in, wish I could remember her name. Cons: There was a mix-up in extending my stay and I had to go across the street to their less-nice sister place. Also, my room had an ant problem.

Nice and clean room with a clean pool Breakfast food was nice with a huge omelette and fresh fruit. Fruit shake wasn't the best but they had also had tea

Staff was nice and helpful; room not that big but nice and clean. We arrived to Hue from Hanoi at 8 AM so before they prepared our room, they offered us to have breakfast, which was really nice! :) You can rent a bike for a decent price.

Television reception is pretty poor. Nice and close to restaurants and bars. Walkable to the citadel - couple of kms probably? Comfortable rooms

The Hong Thien 1 is nicely tucked down a little alleyway so it is nice and quiet. Unfortuately for us it was raining because the swimming pool looked very inviting. The staff were very friendly and helped us to organise our trip to the Tombs.
