nice and easy, good help for organising, good location, cheap, no noice

The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty good and included in the price. The staff were helpful and they even had a nice pool.

Very nice room,. Clean. In city center.

Internet connection was great, breakfast was really nice, staff really helpfull and didn't overcharge us for their services (train tickets etc.) The room was large and we had hot water, the swimming pool is nice but it was too cold to really enjoy! All in all a great hotel to stay at!

HT 1 is a smaller hotel located in a short alley off one of the busier streets in the area. The hotel picked me up free at the bus station when I called them. The room I'd booked was unavailable the first night, so they upgraded me for the rest of my stay. The room(s) were clean and decently appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and contributed to a pleasant stay. The breakfasts were very good, especially the chocolate pancakes! The pool was VERY cold - way too cold for me!

After staying in hostels this room was the best value for money. The room was equal to hotel rooms in major cities. The location of the establishment was convenient to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and tourist attractions. Staff were friendly, informative and helpful.

Hong Thien 1 is a great value for your money, the facilities were always clean and the location is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful - I made a booking mistake and they basically upgraded us to a 3 person room (instead of a double) for no charge when I was at fault. The pool was amazing after a sweaty day of tombs and the Citadel. I would definitely stay there again.

Super-friendly and very helpful staff. Hotel was a bit hard to find as it's down an alley - but that makes it quite quiet, so is a good thing in the end!

Nice place, shame our standard room was so tiny! Smallest room we've had on our travels, we could barely fit our 2 backpacks in and there was a musty smell, no matter how long we left the window open. They have much bigger & better rooms so I guess we were unlucky. Good breakfast and really lovely staff, they're a bit eager to book you on tours but great otherwise. I'd be happy to recommend this place, just make sure they put you in one of their good rooms! Probably best to book a deluxe.

Had a great two days in Hue and really enjoyed the pool and friendly, fun staff members who made us feel very welcome

According to other reviews there must be bigger rooms in this hotel, ours was quiete small but still very new and clean with all the TV, minibar, Wifi etc. The staff was friendly but seem to be very eager in booking us on a tour to the emperor tombs, the DMZ or the imperial enclosure. However we had a nice stay and could also have a shower after checking out in the morning and just before we were off to the airport in the evening.

Nice staff, beautiful and clean room, you get a good value for your money. They give you great advises for the city (specially about local restaurants!!!). One of the best hotel we stayed in Vietnam

really nice place to stay. room was really clean with comfy beds. large room with lots of space. has swimming pool, wi-fi, facebook and friendly staff, lots of restaurants 1-2 minutes walking from the Hotel

I was 1 days in the hotel. which is located in a very nice part of the old town. The staff was excellent and very helpfull in all sort of ways. The room was big. the breakfast was ok and the swimming pool was rather small, but nevertheless very refreshing. I fully enjoyed my staying in this hotel and definitely can recommend it to other travellers.

Hong Thien 1 hotel , clean and airy. There is a small pool so you can cool off after a day sightseeing. It is located in a small lane just off the main tourist precinct so it is quiet but well located. Easy walk to most tourist sites. The desk staff speak English and French as well as Vietnamese. They are very helpful especially when it comes to eating. If you are interested in the Hue specialties they the staff will direct you to where you can get the best Hue food. Be prepared to eat in little

Hong Thien 1 hotel is really worthy with the price we were offered by hostelworld.com . Good location and very central. But surprisingly, it was very calm in the evening, like the whole Hue city. Our room is very clean . Window LCD 24" internet Wifi, Airconditioning and hot water. I like the decoration too. staff were very friendly and super helpful. pool in shade all day so water a bit cool at first but beautifully refreshing .
