There are tons of other hostels which are cleaner and better than this one at the same price.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay without any extras this is okay. But if you like to have clean showers, a clean kitchen and a place where it doesn't smell like mexican food in the whole house, don't come. Seriously, it's for people who need to stay just anywhere.

Very friendly staff. Laid back and approachable. Great location, and the Mexican food downstairs was very good as well. We all had a good time, thanks!

there are so many good things about this place, the fun, the friendliness, the food and venue downstairs, but by far the best thing about this place has to be the effort that the manager (Skye) puts in to making you feel welcome, comfortable, entertained, and part of a caring family. there is always something happening and its a great place to be. best hostel i have stayed in

We enjoyed our stay and especially the fact the hostel had a pub underneath it that was open until 3am. It was really close to the Brixton Academy and the underground. The dorm was in a bit of a state but there were 8 people in there the night we stayed.

Lovely place to stay. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. You can also come and go as you please since you get your own key to the building. Only real gripes are the oven not working and the bathrooms only being cleaned once. By the end of the day, they're not in the best condition. Otherwise nothing bad to say... The beds are comfy and the makings of breakfast are provided, i.e. cereals, porridge, sliced bread, tea, coffee, etc. The location is convenient too, everything is nearby.

You want to have the most fun from your penny. You like listening to good music. It's the best place I know so far in London. I have gone in 3 differents hostels, this one is far better of the others. The place is old but warmfull, staff is excellent and people there are here for the fun. It's the real hostel experience in my opinion. But because this place is so cool, if you want an hostel only to sleep and nor for the fun packaged in it... Just go somewhere else. Others hostels are so boring!
