Its such a warm place!... (if you like it roots)... wont hurt if you bring sheets and sandals!

Not exactly in the best part of town, but one of the best around! The people were great, the staff was amazing, and it was ridiculously clean.

Hootananny was a good place to stay. It's about a ten minute walk to the tube and has several buses that take you to the center of London and beyond. Harriet and Sky were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The was another staff member, a man, i don't recall his name who was ridiculously rude. Be warned in advance, the hostel is over Hootananny Bar where there are often live bands playing into the wee hours of the night. If noise bothers you it might not be the best choice.

This is the BEST PLACE to stay in Brixton (which keeps getting better and safer!). This place has a magnet that attracts the coolest travelers on Earth! Outside the hostel there are 3 bus stops connecting you to Central London & the Tube it's 10 minutes walking! It also has one of the BEST LIVE MUSIC pub venues in London! Bands from all over the world play here live almost everyday & most of the time FREE! Skye, the new manager, has managed to keep the order & fun in perfect balance! AAAAA++++++

By far the sexiest place in the world. Sexy building, sexy staff, sexy showers, sexy free breakfast, sexy free internet, sexy free beer (on lucky occasions), very sexy bar with incredibly sexy live music...what more could you ask for!
