A mixed reception - the room was certainly clean the staff incredibly helpful. However, definitely a mix up on whether breakfast was included in my room rate or not, which ended up in a very nasty and heated debate in which customer service was certainly not prevalent. The water pressure went down once but was fixed as soon as possible and although the air conditioning remote kept packing up, there was always someone around to sort the problem out - they all took great pride in their work.A mixed reception - the room was certainly clean the staff incredibly helpful. It's just a hostel that you can spend one or two nights in Hoi An. They will turn off the computers at 9 pm and even you can't stay in the common area! Very thin wall that you can hear any voice, there's no reading light, no locks in the dorm....It's just a hostel that you can spend one or two nights in Hoi An.
