great budget hostel, nothing fancy but everything you need. we stayed in a double room and it was spacious with air con and fans and an ensuit bathroom. staff are helpful and tours can be booked here. you can hire bikes from across the road for just $1 and its just a short 5 min walk to the river and main spots of hoi an.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, in a good location a short walk away from the main part of the old town.

Very good stay. I will come again.

The staff didn't seem to know which beds in the dorms were occupied and which ones weren't, several other people and I were directed to occupied beds. If you left something on your bunk they moved it when they cleaned the room and didn't replace it.

The staff was nice and helpful and the hostel was clean but I recommend you go directly and don't do a reservation because I was charget 7 dolars for a dorm room while everyone else payed 5. For 8 you get your own room ! Also, at check-out they tried to charge me double the price of my stay there. Be sure to check the times they tell you a few times because I was supposed to be picked up for a course at 8:30 and they told me 7 am. Also, when I left, instead on 7 they told me 6 !

It was in a good location and as far as I could tell one of the only ones with dorm rooms. the dorms were rather small however were on the bottom level so no stairs!

My stay here was O.K. but it was very confusing at the start there being two entrances to the place. I was not pleased with my bus booking to Da Nang, which I booked through the hotel. They dumped me by the side of the road on the edge of the city when I thought I was going to the bus station.

Bad: It's prohibited to use PC internet in the lobby after 21:00( because grand parents sleep in this lobby at 21:00..) Shower Room, Public Space are dusty, dirty. They don't change sheets, linens after every cheking out (at least in dormitry). It's over price for this condition. Good: Some staff are kind. Location.

i am single woman traveller aged 65, when I choose an hotel I look at for all "facilities" for this hostel, and in vietnam really, no facilities annonced are given towels, if you ask, very cold wheather, and I was obliged reclam 3 times for a blanket, I don't dream for "luxury hostel", but if something is announced for sell, I like find promised things sincerely yours
