I decided to stay one less night than my reservation and it was really nice of him to let me do that. Very friendly place. It would add if they added a porta potty in the back just in case someone had an emergency bathroom need.

I went to the Hosanna House and nobody was home, after ringing the bell and waiting patiently I decided to call the phone that was left on the door which they insisted you do if nobody answers the door. There were two numbers listed, one of them was turned off and the other phone I called just rang with no answer. I continued to try this phone through out the day but nobody ever answered. I returned back to the house hours later and still nobody would answer the door. I slept in my car.

A very warm, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This is a house so it\'s not like the noisy and crowded hostels you may be used to. This is very nice and quiet. Location is excellent. From LAX take the Flyaway Bus to Union Station and from there take the purple line subway to Wilshire/Western. Walk up Western to 3rd street, turn left and Gramercy Pl is .5 KM down on the right. 265 is the 2nd house on the left. Easy to find. Call the day before to confirm arrival time. Very highly recommended. :-)

It\'s a HOUSE, keep that in mind. It\'s not the kind of place where you\'ll relax in a lobby and make friends over breakfast, but it neither was the intention of the manager. Staff is 10/10, and that\'s the best of it. I\'m thankful for their joyful and welcoming character. I DO recommend this place for any low-budget traveller. For the rest of you, spare and extra $10 and go to some Hosteling International location. EXTRA: NO \"SURPRISE\" TAX CHARGE on the bill! (honest people).
