I met really nice people over there, i liked the breakfast and the rooms are clean. Too bad the staff doesn't speak too good english! I didn't feel too safe going out at night neither!

More of an older crowd but bathrooms were clean, good showers

at night its better you go out in a group and carry just what you need. if you arrive late take a taxi. in the hostel its safe and you are near the center. i liked the place and i met great people. if you dont speak any portugues/spanish it might be difficult, because the owner speaks only very little english. but its a lovely place to stay and i felt very welcome.

i spent four nights there and enjoyed a lot even it's when the city is on police strike. Air-conditioner very good.Breakfast is good.Room with high ceiling so feel more open. The manager of the hostel is always smiling and friendly. The stuff brothers are fun and always helpful. They help me get around when the city is not well organised. Thanks guys!I sure will come back to you if i go to Salvador!Highly recommended!

I liked the hostel, but the street looks dangerous at night! When we arrived at 2:30 in the morning, our taxi didn't want to go in that street because he was scared of it...

Great hostel. Great breakfast. Great staff. Great facilities. I only disliked the location. It was pretty central but didn't feel safe at all when you come back from your night out.

i like breakfast there.and great wifi!!

Really cosy place to stay with friendly atmosphere and all what you necessary: facilities, internet, kitchen, delicious breakfast and friendly staff, which always help with transport, cute bars and so. Adorable of Salvador and this hostel.

Very nice and helpful owner, that nice that he dropped us at the bus stop when we left at no charge. Th ebreakfast was very good ad diversified: Aircon is the dorm, very appreciated ;) Funny seats int the commom area, all made of plastic bottles! Close to Pelourinho

Very chilled hostel. The owner is a lovely man.

David is the greatest host ever, he will tell you what to do and how to do it a thousand times if necessary, very patient and well informed always willing to help. Located in Pelourinho there are some security men just right at the corner so you will be safe al all times. David es el mejor hospedero, te dirá que hacer y cómo mil veces si es necesario, santa paciencia ymuy bien informado siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Situado en el Pelourinho hay guardias de seguridad justo en la esquina, seguridad
