Teresa and Luis were incredibly nice to me! I had just spent a week on the road and desperately needed to do laundry, shower, etc. Luis even offered to give me a lift to the harbour where my ferry left. Although the hospedaje is located well outside of central Punta Arenas, I preferred staying here because of it. It was a little bit more quiet, and for the price, well worth it. Also, the walk to the center is not that far.
