It´s a lovely place to stay and not that far from the center....like 15 minutes walk. We had a great double room for a very good price and the owners are very friendly and helpfull. Showers are great, kitchen is good and it´s in a quiet area of Punta Arenas.

The hostel was a bit out of the way, about 20 minutes from the centre and not 7 minutes as they claim on the site. Place was clean and breakfast ok. There was, however, no effort to organise activities, and the place could have been a bit more fun. Staff were ok, but could recommend a few activities or things to do.

Wonderful family owned place. Luis and Teresa made us feel like part of their family. They even invited us to a delicious sunday barbeque. Highly reccomended.

The owners are very friendly. Even though their English is not very good, they tried best to understand and help. There\'s even a printer, so you can use their computer and print things. The hostel is a bit too far from the center. About 20 minutes walk. Good shower, hot water, decent breakfast.

This is a nice hostel. It is just like walking into someone´s home, so if you like that then you´ll like this place. It is a few blocks out of the centre of town but easy enough to get around. The owners are lovely and super accommodating then even gave us a lift to the national park and picked us up again!

Good accomodation if it is just for the money and for one night. If you like helpful staff, with good knowledge it is not the first place. It's quite far from the centre and from zona franca.

Quite a long walk to get to the center of town. The hostal is basically three houses united in a sort of haphazard fashion. Could be cleaner and better organized.

Hostel is quite far from city center if walking with a Backpack. Rooms are clean and breakfast ist average. There are no lockers and no keys - you have to ring the doorbell everytime you enter and wait for somebody to open (which sometimes takes a while). Kitchen is basic but it feels like you are cooking in the family kitchen.

Weºve changed our booking 3 days before, but the staff didnt see it. When we got there, the hospedaje was full and we had to move to another one. Weºve made a reservation (and paid 10% for this) for nothing!

kitchen was far too small for the amount of people in the hostel and overall it felt as if we were intruding on the family home

A decent place to stay but with reservations. It's a little out of town which we normally like for a quieter time. However, it was a bit too noisy on our second stay - we had a room right off the kitchen and it was noisy until midnight. No problems on our first stay so does depend what room you get. Brreakfast is good, staff are friendly.

You should know this is not a typical hostel, it's more like staying at someone's house. That being said, it's quite nice.
