we stayed for a week and could not be happier with out choice! the room was small but beautiful with a little balcony from which you could see as far as the sea! the two bathrooms were always very clean and the room was done once a day! the location is just perfect! very close to the beach and the old town with all its lovely pintxo bars! basically you can go anywhere from here! It's ideal if you need a nice room to stay for the night! thank you very much Sandra!:)

Great location and such a beautiful apartment. Very welcoming. Just a short walk to the old town. Also lots of great bars and tapas in the streets near by.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Surf beach is 1 street back and very good local restaurant such as Bar Donostiarra are in the same Street. Rooms are basic but clean and shared bathrooms clean. Good value for money considering prices in San Sebastian can be very expensive. The owner Sandra is very nice and even offered to go out of her way to help drive us to return a hire car. Sandra also speaks good English. We stayed 6 nights in August and definitely would stay again!

Excellent location, highly secure and very clean. Unfortunately the communal room wasn't available due to renovations. When available (soon I believe) it will make the stay that much better. The place is at the higher cost end for a pension but well worth the extra. There are a number of bars/restaurants, pastry and bread shops, supermarket and gym all within 80 metres. The surf beach is about 150-200 metres away. Highly recommended
