We spent there five nights and we really enjoy it! The owner is an elderly very nice man. He's very kind and he does all he can do for the best of his guests. The hotel is close to the metro station (5 minutes walking). It's clean and tidy. You can choose between two breakfasts (continental or indian) and it's included. You can pay by credit card. If you need to arrange some trips the staff is connected to a good travel agency. We really recommend it!!!
The older gentleman who owns the hostel was polite and gracious. However, his two other staff were a mixture of useless, lazy and pushy. They did not know fundamental things about tourism in delhi. There were also bed bugs, which they dealt with when told. I imagine that in high season they are more attentive hosts, but having gone in low season, i did not see them motivated.
Stopped in Delhi for 1 night bf heading out to Ladakh- liked it so much booked again bf our return journey to Australia. Can't recommend this place enough, and this has quite a bit to do with the owner/manager.(Said his name would be difficult to pronounce so we should just call him "SunLi".We affectionately referred to him as The Wizard,b/c whenever we had a question he always came up with the perfect answer and helped us find everything we needed! He even charged us less than quoted booking!GREAT
This place is a gem. It doesn't look flashy but its great value for money and the gentleman that runs it is a genie. Ask any question and he will figure it out for you. Totally seamless stays here twice, highly recommended.
